Founder — Tomoca Tsuchida
Tomoca Tsuchida, founder of English Cloud 9, is an English education consultant with over 20 years of experience supporting more than 5,000 learners. Her work combines English education, cross-cultural understanding, and practical communication skills.
Her background includes academic leadership, teacher training, and international recruitment at a major English language school, as well as training elementary school English instructors. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Keio University and an MBA from GLOBIS University, and has spent seven years in the UK and three years in the US.
